Neal was a familiar face across Pike County, known in some circles as “Big Foot”, and a dedicated worker to his positions in the maintenance departments with Pike County and the City of Troy for more than 25 years. When he wasn’t busy at work, he was busy at home tending his garden, best known for its generous turnout of turnips, collards, and cucumbers. Neal had a special talent of convincing neighboring family members and his beloved wife, Bonnie, into canning all his produce and shelling and picking peas. Most of all, Neal loved to fish. He would set-out to find any decent puddle of water where fish might bite and drop a hopeful hook.

Mr. Justice is survived by his wife, Bonnie Pruitt Justice; children, Dustin Neal Justice, Timothy Frazier (Adrianna), and Stephanie Faye Frazier (Brian Fuller); grandchildren, Thomas Tillery, Shelly Tillery, Dominic Frazier, Isaiah Frazier, Timothy “Bean” Frazier, Jr., and Tyler Frazier; sisters, Mary Hinton (JB) of Richton, MS, Sue Hallford (Donnie) of Troy, Barbara Sunday or Biloxi, MS, Alice Faye Williams of Brundidge, and Becky Turvin (John) of Brundidge; brother, Ray Justice (Patricia) of Eufaula; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Dawn Tillery; parents, James Albert and Novia Newman Justice; brother, James Henry Justice; and brothers-in-law, Billy Sunday and Edward Williams.
