Timothy Byrd

Timothy Lewis Byrd passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the age of 65.  A graveside service will be on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 2:00pm at Green Hills Cemetery with a visitation one hour prior at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Tim was a graduate of Charles Henderson High School Class of 1975 and Jacksonville State University Class of 1982. He also worked on a Masters of Music at the University of Alabama. He was a former member of the Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps.   Tim enjoyed fishing, drumming,  and you could find him cheering on the Alabama  Crimson Tide.

Survivors include his cousins, Dianne Rodgers Farrior and Terry( Teresa) Rodgers; his friend, Rhonda Tolbert and her husband Allen; as well as many other close friends.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Lewie ”Junior” Byrd.
