Winright Rountree

Funeral services for Mr. Winright Jackson Rountree will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2009, in the Green Hills Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Locklar, Good Hope Baptist Church, officiating.  Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation for Mr. Rountree will be Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.  Mr. Rountree, age 81, of Troy, passed away October 14, 2009 at his residence.  He is survived by his wife Catherine, sons Michael (Janice) Rountree, David (Karen) Rountree, Jesse (Renea) Rountree, Adam (Tess) Rountree all of Troy, daughter Barbara (Mike) Folmar of Troy and grandchildren Brandon Rountree, Timothy Rountree, Elizabeth Rountree, Joey Folmar and Catie Folmar.  Mr. Rountree was preceded in death by his grandparents Roy Adam and Vallie Rountree, 2 infant sisters and grandson Blake Rountree.  Green Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the Rountree family.
