William Jerry Bullard

William Jerry Bullard of Troy, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023, at the age of 82.  Visitation will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Green Hills Funeral Home with a chapel service at 3:00pm.  Dr. Mallone Chandler officiating.  Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews and his friends, Steve Spivey and Jimmy Golden.
A lifelong native of Pike County, Jerry graduated from Troy High School in 1958.  He went on to serve in the Army National Guard including a year of active duty in Louisiana.  He spent his career as a truck driver and would haul for anyone including his friends.  He was a good friend and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Loving survivors include his brothers, Glen Bullard, Harry Bullard (Karen); nieces, Angi Bullard Oakes, Wendi Bullard Davis, Amanda Bullard Challancin (Mark), Emilee Golden (Brannon), Mary Michael Dunn, Hope Challancin; and nephews, Gerry Bullard, Hunter Motes (Amanda), Halston Motes, Trey Davis, Tanner Oakes (Alexis), John Mark Challancin, and Ryder Bullard.  Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter, Tina Marie Bullard; parents, Jessie & Nettie B Chandler Bullard; and sister Willie Mae Bullard.
