Brundidge

He will always be remembered for his hard work, his strength and unwavering support, and always being ready to help a friend.

Teddy Lavon Bundrick passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026, leaving behind a legacy defined by hard work, generosity, character and an unwavering love for family and friends.  A memorial service will be at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Green Hills Funeral Home with visitation with the family one hour prior to the service.

Teddy was truly larger than life and was known as one of the most hardworking individuals you ever met. He was a true Jack of all trades. His work ethic began early as a young boy working on the farm and extended to his lifelong career at Sikorsky Aircraft. When his shift ended his work did not. He would spend his evenings on the farm, doing what he loved. Teddy retired from Sikorsky after 38 years and continued his passion of farming, fishing, hunting, Alabama football, NASCAR, camping, sitting by the lake and visiting with all of his friends. He will always be remembered for his hard work, his strength and unwavering support, and always being ready to help a friend. His spirit will live on in the many lives he touched.

Teddy was preceded in death by his parents and his brother. Loving survivors include his wife, Connie Bundrick; his children, Chrissy Yancey (Aaron), Jessica Davis (Brandon), Daniel Bundrick (Ashley), Kayla Faircloth (Jason); his brother, Rogerdale Gunter (Glenda); and sister-in-law, Linda Gunter. He also leaves behind many grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends, as well as his canine companion, Isabella “Izzy” that brought him so much love and joy.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Florida Cancer Affiliates, Dr. Bruce Porterfield, all of the nurses, as well as Dr. Gill at Southern Health Associates for all of their support and kindness during his cancer journey. The staff and nurses of Enhabit Hospice were especially kind and caring.

The staff of Green Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bundrick family.
