Robert McAllister

Robert N. McAllister, IV , age 64, died Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Troy Regional Medical Center. A private family service will be held at a later date.

A resident of Pike County for 11 years, Mr. McAllister was an avid reader and golfer. He loved to travel and was very devoted to his family. Mr. McAllister was originally from Easton, Pennsylvania.

Mr. McAllister was preceded in death by his father, Robert N. McAllister, III; and one sister, Carolyn Jean Strauss. He is survived by his Mother, Katie McAllister; his wife, Alberta McAllister; three daughters, Lori McAllister, Noel Corbett and Joy Bass; two brothers, Douglas McAllister and James McAllister; one sister, Pat Bryfogle; seven grandchildren, Colin, Courtney, Keric, Kyle, Tony, Christie, Ashley and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the Humane Society.
