Myrom Penn, age 67, died Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Crenshaw Community Hospital. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd Hodge officiating. Burial will follow in the Shellhorn Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Miss Penn played piano at Hales Chapel and was an Elvis Presley fan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Vera Penn; brother, Toby Penn; sister, Marjorie Hattaway; and brother, Harvey Lee. She is survived by a brother, Stanley Lee; sisters, Miriam Owens (twin) (Randy), Becky Jordan (Perry), Shirley Riley (Howard) Ann Lee and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Heath Swanzy, Andy Jordan, Mike Ivey, Devin Owens, Randy Ivey and Clay McDougal.
