Mary Jeanette Floyd Jordan, a lifelong resident of Troy, Alabama, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025. She was 85 years old.
Jeanette is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Pete Jordan. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her children Donna Driggers (Phillip) and Pete Jordan (Patsy); her cherished grandchildren, Erik Driggers (Kayla), Melissa Howard, Doug Howard (Amanda), Tizzy Oswalt (Jonathon), Michael Howard (Whitney), and Kristofer Jordan; as well as five beloved great-grandchildren. Jeanette was also survived by her brother Paul Floyd (Pat), and numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was preceded in death by her parents, Early and Florence Floyd, and her brothers Earl Floyd, Alex Floyd, Donald Floyd and Lex Floyd.
Jeanette will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering faith, passion to travel and her deep devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched with her warmth, wisdom, and love.
