Larry Shaver Sr.

Larry Grady Shaver, Sr. , age 73 of Troy died Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Larry was born in Troy to the late Yancey Shaver and Mildred Weed Shaver. He was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Grady Shaver, Jr., and a brother, Gene Shaver. A lifelong resident of Troy, Larry was known as a hard working family man.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Minister Bobby Templin officiating. Friends should gather at the graveside at 1:45 PM Sunday.

His survivors include, his wife of 51 years, Linda K. Shaver, daughter, Lorrie Shaver White of Nashville, TN, son, Christopher  Shaver of Montgomery , daughter -in - law, Kimberly Shaver of Troy, his grandchildren, Chance (Alex) Shaver , Morgan (Nikki) Shaver, Ashlyn Shaver, Linden White and Troy White.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Shaver, Jim Shaver, Curtiss Shaver, Geno Shaver, Carroll Rhodes, Danny Rhodes, John Nunnelee, Earl Fleming, Bruce Chafin and Benny Pinckard .

The staff of Green Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the Shaver family.
