Kathlyn Smith Graves, 70, passed away on September 7, 2026. Kathlyn was a woman whose life reflected both dedication and compassion. She spent 20 years along with her husband at Trane/Thermo King in Montgomery in many positions, bringing steady work to her career there and making many friends over the years. She later worked as a pharmacy technician alongside her mother, Frances, at Yancy Park Pharmacy in Montgomery for several years. Eventually, she became a senior pharmacy technician at Walgreens in Troy, continuing her life of service in a role that allowed her to connect with and help others in her community.

May these family members, and all who knew and loved her, find comfort in the memories they shared with her.
Kathlyn was preceded in death by her father, Hoover Smith; her mother, Frances Smith; and her brother, Richard Smith.
