Jerry Barnett

Jerry Joe Barnett, age 72, of Troy, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at his residence.  Funeral services will be Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Burney Enzor officiating.  Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Barnett was a member of Goshen Baptist Church.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Vandy and Dorothy Barnett.  He is survived by sons, Michael Barnett (Susan), David Barnett, Kyle Barnett; brother, Edward Barnett (Patricia); sister, Jeanell Barnett Enzor (Burney); caregiver, Patricia Barnett Holladay and grandchild, Lily Ann Barnett.
Pallbearers will be John Renfroe, Edwin Meadows, Randy Gardner, Greg Carroll, Eddie Barnett and Steve Enzor.  Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Wiley Sanders Truck Lines, Hardees 5 O’clock Coffee Club and the Saturday night social club.
