Jean Faulkner

November 17, 1936 — April 13, 2014

Erma Jean Scarbrough Faulkner, age 77 of Goshen, died Sunday April 13, 2014 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Tedder and Rev. Keith Price officiating.  Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.   Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Faulkner was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Luverne.  She loved God and loved teaching ladies bible studies.  She was a loving mother, loved planting and growing flowers and vegetables.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Margaret Scarbrough; husband, Hezzie Junior (Shug) Faulkner; daughter, Sharon Oakes; son, Johnny Faulkner and grandson, Brady Dillard.  She is survived by her children, Christine Dillard, Margaret Faulkner, Ann Qualls (Don), Marcia Hester (Gary deceased), Jeannie Tedder (Mike), Grace Warr (Bob) and Wendy Easterling (Jason); daughter-in-law, Kim Faulkner; son-in-law, Ricky Oakes; sisters, Ann Brammar, Joyce Parrish, Peggy Godwin and Edna Quinley; family friend, John Dillard; twenty grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Dennis Milton, Jason Henley, Kevin Hester, Jonathan Henley, Blake Qualls, Brock Oakes, C.C. Faulkner and Andrew Tedder.  Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons, Kimball Barnes, Joey Faulkner, Caleb Tedder and Austin Warr.
