Diane LaFountaine

Patricia Diane LaFountaine, age 58, of Troy, died Monday, January 14, 2013.  Funeral services will be Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Doc Kirby officiating and Green Hills Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. LaFountaine was very patriotic and loved her country.  She was one of the lead organizers for the China Grove Fourth of July Parade, a wedding organizer, a member of the United Methodist Church and an AUM graduate.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Joseph “Hank” LaFountaine.  She is survived by her son, Jeramy Nichols (Janie), step-son, Ron LaFountain (Mari); brothers, Roger Grimes (Debbie), Jim Grimes (Gloria); sisters, Vickie Mitchell, Jeanne Dowling; grandchildren, Jaslyn Nichols, Jacob Nichols, Brian LaFountain, Missy LaFountain; and numerous special friends in the community.
