Marsha Dawkins Lewis
Ms. Marsha Dawkins Lewis, age 40, of Troy passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010 at her residence.
Funeral Services for Ms. Lewis will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Green Hills Funeral Home, with Jason Grantham, Mike Flowers and Pastor Mallone Chandler officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Cemetary.
Ms. Lewis was preceded in death by her grandfather Alto Dawkins, grandmother Lorrena Dyess, father, Ronald Wilson Dawkins, and a daughter Abby Lynn Lewis.
She is survived by her grandfather Melvin Dyess, grandmother Alma Dawkins, mother Mavis Lenora Dyess Flowers and step-father Mike Flowers; three children, Ronald Flowers, Tucker Floyd and Slade Lewis; sister Kendra Steed (Clifton); nephews Hunter and Holt Steed; three aunts, Betty Dunn, Maebell Grantham and Kimlen Dennis; and one uncle, Glen Dyess. Memorials in honor of Ms. Lewis may be sent to the UAB Children's Hospital..
